Good weather is difficult to come by. So we try to make the best use of every moment where there is a genuinely blue sky. Have you ever noticed most pictures of buildings on the internet has a blown-out sky and background, like there is a nuclear blast happening somewhere at the back of the subject? 😛
The sky is somewhat less blue for this, though the building is another matter. 🙂
The next image however – say hello to true blue skies!

Changi Airport, Singapore: The viewing gallery used to be way bigger, with enough space for running kids and groups of young people to huddle on the ground for little gatherings or to study. A totally viable space for families to visit on a weekend! Today, all the space has given way to retail shops, and we now have little viewing galleries, a shadow of their former glory. Ah well, progress and everything.
